In accordance with our four pillars i.e., Foundation Phase Education, Sexual Health Education, Literacy Skills and Youth Development, we allocate funds on a prioritisation matrix. Sponsors and donors have the option to choose from any of our variable value pillar campaigns or alternatively to specify their own donation amount and frequency. Donations that are not pillar specific will be allocated as per our prioritisation matrix.
Out The Box is administered by the Gray Swan Charitable Trust. All donations go directly to Out The Box, free of fees, and audited in accordance with the Non-Profit Organisations Act, No 71 of 1997.

iExist Entrepreneurship Project
We are running a series of skills development workshops for our iExist youngsters including woodworking and carpentry skills. The objective is to teach in demand skills that enable these disenfranchised youths to create a meaningful life for themselves through entrepreneurship.
We are asking our supporters to donate 10 starter pack tool kits, one per learner, to enable them to get going. Upon graduation the learners get to keep their toolkits.
The course lasts 6 months and includes:
